As a family traveling with a toddler I was concerned about airport transfers and a car seat.
I did not want to bring ours.
EJ's team had one installed and was ready to go upon our arrival.
Driver also had toddler tunes for my 3 year old:)!
I am a bit of a nervous traveler when trusting other people to drive my family, EJ Concierge Ride was fantastic, professional, friendly and a safe. I did not price shop, but do feel like our transfers were reasonable and will be happy to use him again. I can not put a price on a nice relaxing, safe ride!

Outstanding! Top Notch!
Driver arrived early and was waiting for us outside the hotel. The car was immaculate, with a tall bottle of water waiting inside for each of us. The owner himself drove us to the airport. He is professional to the nth degree.... which is so hard to find these days! We were sorry we did not know about EJ Concierge Ride at the beginning of our trip as we would have used the service during our stay. We can recommend EJ without any hesitation for any driving need you have in Chicago or the Nationwide!

My flight arrived 30 min early but they followed my flight and my Chauffeur was already at the airport waiting.
The car was clean, comfortable, and a smooth ride. My Chauffeur gave great food recommendations, sightseeing, and activites to do in downtown.

I had a last minute need for a driver the next business day. They replied to my inquiry in less than an hour, provided a quote for services and requested a time when it would be convenient to speak to finalize arrangements.
My Chauffeur showed up 15 minutes early in a newly washed vehicle (even though the temp was below zero) and provided exceptional service all day.
EJ is a business owner who understands the service business, offers immense value add (he has a wealth of knowledge having been a Concierge at a 5 star Chicago hotel) and has a wonderful pleasant personality on top of everything!

We booked their service couple of days before our flight out-and-in to Chicago.
